See the result
Draws run at 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm Malaysia time. The winning letter appears in the app as soon as the draw is made.
How the winning letter is chosen.
- The fewest different people wins. The winning letter is the one picked by the fewest different people. How many picks or points someone used does not matter.
- A letter nobody picked can win. If exactly one letter was picked by nobody, it wins. If several were, one of them is chosen at random.
- You can check it afterwards. A fingerprint of the secret draw value is shown before you pick, and the value is revealed after, so anyone can verify the result.

Official rules
A summary of the rules as they run in the app. The full text is on the contest rules page, and the version in the app is the one that applies.
Who runs this
This contest is run by HEMONG DOT ASIA (201103103176 (002037193-T)), the operator of Hemong. Apple Inc. and Google LLC do not sponsor, endorse or administer it and are not involved in it.
What you play with
Hemong Points, which you earn by using Hemong, for example when a food order is delivered. Points cannot be bought directly, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Making a pick
One pick costs 100 points. The price is always shown before you confirm. You can buy as many picks as you can afford, on any letters, in as many purchases as you like. Picks close when the draw starts.
When
There are two draws a day, at 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm Malaysia time. Results appear in the app when the draw is made.
How the winning letter is chosen
The winning letter is the one picked by the fewest different people. How many picks, or how many points, someone used does not matter. A letter nobody picked counts as zero and can win. If exactly one letter was picked by nobody, it wins. If several were, one of them is chosen at random. The random choice uses a secret value fixed before picks open, and a fingerprint of it is shown before you pick. After the draw the value is revealed so anyone can check the result.
Your chances
There are no fixed odds. Your chance of winning depends on how many other people pick each letter, which nobody can see until the draw is over.
Prizes
If your pick covers the winning letter you win Hemong Points, according to the payout table shown in the app before you pick. Prizes are paid in points only.
Who can take part
You must be at least [18] years old and have a Hemong account in good standing. Using several accounts to influence a draw is not allowed and may lead to picks being cancelled and accounts closed.
Licences and approvals

Contest questions
Short answers before you play.
Can I buy points to play?

Can I turn a win into cash?
No. Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be exchanged for money.
How many picks can I make?
As many as you can afford, on any letters, until the draw begins. One pick costs 100 points.
