How ordering, delivery fees and refunds work.
Can I tell the restaurant about an allergy?
Yes. Add a note to your order and the kitchen sees it on the ticket. For serious allergies, please also contact the restaurant first. They know their ingredients best, and we cannot promise a dish is free from an allergen.
Is the food halal?
Restaurants describe their own menus and tell us about their own practices. Hemong does not certify halal status. If it matters to you, check the restaurant's own halal certificate or ask them before you order.
What if my order is late or wrong?
Open the order in the app and tell us what happened, or write to support@hemong.asia. We look at each case and put it right where the order was not as it should be. See the refunds policy for the details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel before the restaurant starts preparing it. Once cooking has begun, the kitchen has already spent the ingredients and time, so please contact support and we will help where we can.
How do I know the delivery fee?
The fee is based on the distance and is shown at checkout, together with any service fee, before you pay.
