- Earned on delivered orders. Order as you normally would and the points arrive once your food does.
- Restaurants can add more. Some give bonus points to say thank you.
- Never for sale. Points are a thank you for ordering, not something you buy.

How Hemong Points are earned and used.
How do I earn points?
You earn points when an order is delivered. The number depends on the restaurant, and some restaurants add bonus points on top. You can see what you earned in the app.
Can I buy points?
No. Points are earned by ordering. They are not for sale.
Do points expire or have cash value?
Points are a reward for using Hemong and cannot be exchanged for cash. The full rules, including any limits, are in the app and may change with notice.
Where do I see my points?
Open the Rewards tab in the app to see your balance, what you earned and what you used.
