1. About these terms
These terms are between HEMONG DOT ASIA, 201103103176 (002037193-T), [Registered business address] and you as a delivery rider or Onway driver. Riders and drivers are independent. You are not our employee, and nothing here creates an employment relationship. You choose when to go online and which jobs to accept.
2. Who can sign up
You must be at least [18], be legally allowed to work in Malaysia, and hold a valid licence for the vehicle you use. Your vehicle must be roadworthy and have current insurance and road tax. Delivering or carrying passengers for payment may need extra permits or licences. You are responsible for knowing and holding whatever the law requires of you.
3. Verification
To deliver or offer rides you submit your identity document and a selfie, your licence, and your vehicle details with photos, insurance and road tax. A person at Hemong reviews them. Only real, clear, current documents are accepted, and a document cannot be reused for another purpose. We may reject an application with a reason, and you may submit again. If a document expires, your verification stops until you submit a new one.
4. Using the app
- Keep your account to yourself. Do not let someone else deliver or drive under it.
- Be polite, honest and safe. Follow road rules and the law at all times.
- Treat food with care and do not open or tamper with orders.
- Do not take orders or bookings off the platform to avoid fees.
- Do not use the app while riding or driving. Pull over safely first.
5. Your location
While you are online or on a job, the app collects your precise location, including when the app is in the background or the screen is off, so we can match you with jobs, give directions and show customers where you are. It is not collected when you are offline. See our privacy policy.
6. Earnings and payments
The app records what you earn for each delivery. How and when you are paid is: [rider payout terms]. For Onway, the price per seat is agreed between you and the passenger in the app. Hemong does not collect the fare unless the app says it does. You are responsible for your own tax.
7. Insurance, equipment and costs
You provide and pay for your own vehicle, fuel, phone, data and insurance. You must have insurance that covers the activity you are doing. Check with your insurer.
8. Safety and incidents
In an emergency, call 999 first. Then report any accident, injury, theft or dispute to us through the app or at riders@hemong.asia as soon as you can.
9. Suspension and ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may pause or end your access if you break these terms, if documents expire or are found to be false, if safety concerns are raised, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will explain why.
10. Responsibility, changes and law
You are responsible for your conduct and for losses you cause by breaking the law or these terms. We may update these terms with notice. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
